Honnor’s passion for hospitality started during her early years, growing up in a pub in Arundel. She was determined to work in high end hotels and restaurants and gained a position at Limewood in the New Forest.
After 18 months she moved to London to work with Angela Hartnett and opened up Café Murano on St James’ Street, before taking the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Chewton Glen Hotel.
