Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division is currently representing a stunning hotel near Grantham and have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.
This luxury hotel is part of a well-known, larger group and consistently strives to increase business through their busy restaurant, events and leisure facilities. A fantastic location for meetings and events, offering generous event space across multiple function rooms.
This role is best suited to a talented and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager; however, we can also consider Food and Beverage Supervisors with a passion for good food and delivering excellent customer service.
You will be required to support the Food and Beverage Manager with the daily running of the Food and Beverage department, including overseeing of the brasserie and bistro. With previous team management experience, you will use your knowledge to lead and train team members to provide a smooth service confidently and in a timely manner.
