As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will have strong experience working within a large Hotel and will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. You will be required to assist the Head of departments, train and supervise staff as well as do monthly stock takes. This is a very hands on role, where you will be working with the team to ensure all duties are met on a daily basis
