As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will have strong experience working within a luxury 4 Star Hotel or Brasserie Restaurant and will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be working in an operational role and need to be hard-working who thrives under pressure, have initiative and be able to lead by example. Also, the right candidate will have a passion for great service, great food, and great leadership skills.
As part of the duties you will be required to oversee the ordering, delivery, and storage of all items plus ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety and HACCP work practices.
