What’s involved?
Our Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager supports the Manager in being the face of the restaurant and someone all our guests want to get to know. Responsible for the breakfast and dinner services in the 2AA Rosette Restaurant they will help lead and develop the restaurant team alongside developing relationships with our guests throughout their stays.
