Salary / Rate of pay: £29k Plus Service Charge

This beautiful hotel, in a picturesque location, prides itself on its commitment to home grown, local produce. They grow as much of their own produce onsite and offer both indoor and outdoor dining.

Our client is looking for an exceptional leader to support the Restaurant Manager to lead a team of dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking staff. To inspire, motivate and lead the team to provide an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will lead from the front with a positive can-do attitude, anticipating our guests needs, and over-delivering at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong F&B background in a busy hotel environment
• A friendly and confident demeanour with good people management skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
