Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a luxury Hotel in Surrey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Banqueting Sous Chef to join their team.
Client Our client is a beautiful 4 Star Hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The hotel is part of a small collection of privately-owned properties which pride themselves on delivering excellent service throughout all aspects of the business. The kitchen emphasises on using fresh, local ingredients to produce exciting a la carte and tasting menus.
Role You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen at a similar property and be comfortable dealing with volume. As Banqueting Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the entire Banqueting department including overseeing junior members of the team and reporting directly to the Head Chef.
