Our client is looking for a Bar Manager who can lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled bartenders and servers.
As a Bar Manager, you will oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also curate and manage a diverse and enticing beverage menu, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Additionally, you will manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and budget management. Your goal is to ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable and delightful experience in the bar area.
