What’s involved?
A successful Chef de partie will be assisting the head chef preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience required Michelin would be ideal
