What’s involved?

• Like any Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to get the best out of the rest of the kitchen brigade.
• This Chef de Partie role will allow you to develop your management style as you will be expected to get promotion through the ranks either in this property or in one of the company’s other restaurants.
• You will ideally be working in a busy food led pub or busy brasserie style restaurant and not afraid of a hectic service.
