What’s involved?

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie who can assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service. The role will include prep, service and preparation for daily menu any daytime service, this may include working some evenings and weekends. To support and help to manage stock levels. Working with the team to develop and maintain a fun and friendly work environment. Shifts will be a selection of splits and straights.
