Chef de Partie – Brasserie Restaurant – Guernsey – £20000
Platinum Recruitment’s Chef Division is currently representing a high end brasserie restaurant in the Channel Islands and have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.
*You will be lucky enough to be working in a brand new kitchen in this newly refurbished brasserie.
*You will be working in a restaurant that prides itself on using the best possible ingredients available, with a strong influence of seafood which is plentiful in the Channel Islands.
*The restaurant is based in the main town of St Peter Port and has an enviable reputation with local diners as well as visitors to the island.
*You will be part of a kitchen brigade consisting of 8 chefs from Head Chef to Commis Chef.
*You will ideally have a background in a fresh food setting and experience with seafood would be an advantage but is not essential.
*As Chef de Partie, you will be expected to run your section efficiently and provide guidance to junior members of the team.
*You will be working anywhere from 48 to 60 hours a week on average with every hour paid!
*Salary – £20000 + Overtime
*Meals on duty
