You need to have had minimum of 2AA rosette background to be considered for this role. If you haven’t you will not be shortlisted.

Package

• Up to £33,000
• Up to £3k per year in tips
• Paid on overtime
• 45 hours week

What’s involved?
A successful Chef de Partie will be assisting the head chef preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.

Minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience required.
