Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a very busy seafood restaurant on Jersey in the Channel Islands and we have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

Package

Salary – £33000 based on 48 hours over 5 days + Overtime paid weekly.

Tips – Up to £300 per week (tax free)

What’s involved?

• You will be joining a kitchen brigade that enjoys the challenge of producing high quality seafood dishes from the freshest produce.
• As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to run your section efficiently and keep it clean at all times
• You will also be working closely with the Commis Chef and need to have the communication skills to remain calm during a busy service.
• As Chef de Partie you will report directly to the Head Chef and you will be expected to take responsibility when necessary.
• You will be working split shifts, doing around 50 hours over 5 days

* The restaurant is based near the town and has plenty of corporate guests as well as leisure diners
* The restaurant serves around 250 covers a day and has inside seating for 105 covers and an outside terrace for an additional 85 covers.
