What’s involved in this Deputy General Manager role

• To deputise for the GM for the whole operation
• To ensure maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation
• To manage, develop and guide the team to success
• To oversee all departments with a focus on F&B

What’s required?

• Proven experience and background within weddings, banquets, and F&B
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Passionate for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask.
• Assist in managing all departments and budgets/forecasting.
