What’s involved?
The ideal candidate will come from a busy hotel or restaurant background, you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen management from cooking, ordering, Menu writing, stock rotation, waste management and implementing all health & safety regulations. You will also need to have great man-management skills and be able to create exciting fresh dishes.
