As a Food and Beverage Manager of this busy hotel restaurant, you will be managing the restaurant, bar and team – leaving the operational side of things to your Restaurant Manager.
Your proven track record as an experienced Food and Beverage Manger will allow to carry out all duties, from monitoring budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage and labour costs to creating new menus with the Head Chef. You will ensure that your team have the tools and knowledge, through training, to provide a seamless experience to all guests.
