What’s involved?

• Experience at Restaurant Manager level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role;
• The ability to lead a team of between 30+ team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills; with proven experience of team retention;
• Experience working within an environment within the consortia’s of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal;
