Food & Beverage Supervisor – Scottish Highlands – Temporary role – Weekly Pay
Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division is currently representing a beautiful hotel in the Scottish highlands and have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
A lovely hotel, offering a friendly and home like experience to all guests. With comfortable bedrooms and locally sourced food served in the restaurant, this hotel makes for a happy place to work.
This role is best suited to a well presented, enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with a genuine passion for good food and delivering excellent customer service. We would also consider experienced Food and Beverage Assistants for this temporary role.
You will be required to support with the daily running of the Food and Beverage department. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure a smooth delivery of service, build rapport with guests to encourage their return, deal with any enquiries and liaise with the kitchen to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner.
