What’s involved?

As a Front of House Manager you will be reporting to the General Manager whilst being responsible for the overall Front Office operations including the monitoring and recruitment of the front of house team with an emphasis on training and teamwork. Duties will vary and not limited to maximising room occupancy, evaluating guest satisfaction and monitor trends as well as ensuring trip advisor and other 3rd party agents are maintained.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication, and attention to details skills. Ideally previous experience as a Front of House Manager or as a Reception Manager who is looking for their next step up on their career ladder. Excellent customer service is esential with a ‘can do’ attidtude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
