What’s involved?
As a Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of call for all guests arriving at the hotel, your customer service and organisation skills are key, this hotel is very busy and in a great location near the Southampton Docks. You will be responsible for the financial and team targets bringing more repeat business to the hotel.
On a day to day basis your role will be varied performing duties such as: Running a busy office team, Guest relations, staff training, Payroll budgeting, and complying with company standards. You will be well versed in Opera computer systems and have worked in a similar role previously.
