Salary up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
As Hotel Reception Manager or Front Office Manager you will oversee the front desk and night team, taking responsibility for ensuring the guests always receive high standards of service daily. You will be expected to report directly to the General Manager but maintain excellent communication with all departments especially with the HOD’s.
Duties include but not limited to:
This role will include working 48 hours covering 6 days per week and managing a team of 7 including Concierge, Nights and Reception.
