The successful General Manager, you will be required to oversee the operations of the restaurant as well as hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments. The ideal candidate will have experience operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards. The General Manager will be handling complaints as well as developing improvement actions. Experience in a 2 Rosette Restaurant is required.
