As a Guest Relations Manager you will be required to liaise with tenants and guests to ensure each individual is offered excellent customer service. You will be required to deal with any questions and complaints as well as looking after the customer service within the estate. The successful Guest Relations Manager would need to a driven self-starter who is pro active and friendly. Residential experience is ideal but not essential.
