• What’s involved?
• As Head Chef, you will be expected to demonstrate your skills and imagination in producing menus that match and exceed the hotels 3 rosette status.
• With a team of just 4 chefs, you will need to have a strong team ethic, and this is a kitchen where everyone helps one another when needed.
• The 3-rosette restaurant can do up to 30 covers on average, rising to 40 in the height of the season.
• Ideally you will have a background in 3 rosette or Michelin kitchens and be happy to lead a close knit team.
