Platinum Recruitment’s Southampton Office is currently representing a pub in Otterbourne have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.

Our client’s restaurant boasts an AA Rossette, a large welcoming garden and a vibrant bar. The restaurant serves a traditional pub menu with British dishes made from local seasonal ingredients. At our bar you can expect an eclectic drinks menu with a great selection of beer and wine.

The Executive chef is looking for someone who has passion for food like no other, also need to have a love of working creatively, making menus that are accessible and full of crowd pleasers but also dishes that excite and interest our customers to try something that really showcases your innovation skills.
