Head Chef – Greenwich – South American Emporium – £35,000
Platinum Recruitment’s pub Division is currently representing a new opening in North Greenwich and have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.
The site is described as a dining and drinking emporium, it is set to be an incredible two-floor, multi-area, architecturally designed space. Customers will be able stay and relax all day enjoying coffee and cakes, then have dinner and late-night drinks with entertainment. The site will have a full-service restaurant, a self-contained bakery and café, a bar with sunken lounge, gin distillery, private hire areas and an edible flower farm. The project is focused on Australian and South American influences using organic and speciality produce.
As Head Chef you would be required to follow a South American style menu with Australian influences set by the Executive Chef. You will manage the 200-cover restaurant serving a high volume of customers to an excellent standard. You must be great with presentation and confident working with fresh seasonal produce.
