Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this Luxury award winning Manor House in Crawley, Surrey which is surrounded by beautiful Grounds situated an idyllic location and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their 3AA rosette restaurant.

We are looking for someone who can commit for the next minimum of 3-5 years. Either someone who is local or who is willing to relocate as they are looking for someone focused and passionate about cooking. Looking for a minimum of recent 2 or 3AA Rosette background, if you have Michelin this would be ideal.
What’s involved?
As the Head Chef, you will work as part of a culinary team of 8. You will need to provide culinary excellence, ensuring that the expectations are met. Providing pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability. You need to be extremely organised and feel confident with the office aspects of the business as your time will be split between the general running of the kitchen and talking/negotiating with the local suppliers.
