Platinum Recruitment’s Pubs Division is currently representing an independent quirky pub
within a village just outside of Thame, Oxford and we have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head chef to join their team.
Our client is part of a well known small independent company with luxury property in London, street food market and the local pub in Thame. They pride themselves on seasonal fresh produce allowing you as the Head of the kitchen to create special dishes alongside the seasonal menus.
As an experienced head chef in fresh food you will be fully accountable for then fresh food menus, sourcing local suppliers who will work best with the business. You will work with the General manager to optimize customer offering and to ensure the guests will be ever returning. You will be in control of the GP, Rota, Hygiene and staff training.
The kitchen will currently run as a team of 2 with lunch service Monday to Sunday and dinner service every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
