Working as a Head Pastry Chef under the Executive Head Chef at this 5 Red Star Hotel with a fine dining restaurant in Chippenham, Wiltshire you would bring with you your experience at high Rosette or Michelin properties, your ability to help lead and inspire the team and show good longevity in your previous positions.
Good knowledge of HACCP, COSHH & kitchen regulations is essential.
