Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a very large hotel & resort complex in Aviemore and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join their team

What’s involved?
As Head Pastry Chef you will be given responsibility to control all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including working in a fast-paced environment delivering high volume products to a high standard. Coming from a similar background will be advantageous.
