Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a Luxury Hotel in Scotland and have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join their team.
Our client is a renowned, luxury Hotel with Golf Resort and Spa which incorporates multiple dining outlets. The property is set in a beautiful, large estate in Scotland with easy access links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Role As Head Pastry Chef, you will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef in 5 Star Hotels and a background in 2 AA Rosette establishments, minimum. You will be overseeing the entire team of Pastry Chefs whilst reporting directly to and working with the Executive Head Pastry Chef.
