Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a world class Michelin star property in Wiltshire and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join their team.

Our client is a stunning multi operational, luxury Hotel with a Michelin Starred Restaurant located in a small village in Wiltshire. The property is passionate about using fresh produce from its own kitchen garden along with being an avid supporter of local and regional suppliers. Role As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for the kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef including overseeing all junior members within the team. You will have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a 3 AA Rosette and/or Michelin Star establishment whilst being comfortable working both independently and within an established team of Chefs.
