What’s involved in this Head waiter role:

• Leading the team with exemplary service standards to Rosette level
• Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas
• Building a rapport with locals, regulars & VIPs
• Actively seeking to participate in creative discussions and contributing ideas to develop the site.
• Staff training and development

What’s required?

• Experience at a similar level in a Rosette pub or Restaurant
• Cellar experience
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive, ideas and passion
