Platinum Recruitment’s Bournemouth Chef Division is currently representing a Hotel in Christchurch and have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
This hotel is 4* and has been awarded 2 Rosettes and is located on the relaxing quay side of the area, which features two resturaunts and a spa. The Resturaunt can offer an A La Carte menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Sunday lunch and afternoon teas.
You will be working with a large team of chefs in a busy environment of 100+ covers. You will be working on a 4 day on, 3 day off contract offering you a great work life balance. Rosette background is desirable.
