Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a Luxury Spa Hotel in Somerset and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

The 100 cover restaurant delivers quality food from their extensive kitchen garden based around an open kitchen.
All food is cooked in a wood fired oven and is served by the chefs to the table, using the extensive produce available from the estate.
The Estate raises its own rare breed cattle, pigs and has its own bakery, orchards and dairy.
What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work within this exciting new property.
You would have the opportunity to help develop menus with the Head and Sous Chef.
You would come from a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette background having experience of working with wood fored ovens would be an advantage but not necessary.
