As the successful Junior Sous Chef, you will need to have worked for a high 2 AA Rosette or 3 AA Rosette level establishment.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen in the Head Chef and Sous Chef’s absence ensuring the excellent standard is maintained at all times.
Leadership skills are essential as you will have the potential to be promoted to Sous Chef.
