Junior Sous Chef – Essex – Country House Hotel – up to £28,000
Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a luxury Country House Hotel in Essex and have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
Our client is a beautiful Country House Hotel in Essex, surrounded by woodlands and parklands.
The hotel offers multiple dining options including both fine dining and relaxed dining restaurants, afternoon tea service and its strong conference and banqueting business.
The kitchen garden is at the heart of the hotel and therefore would suit a Chef with a passion for produce.
As Junior Sous Chef, you would have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen at a similar property and be comfortable dealing with volume.
You would be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with overseeing the day to day running of the Kitchen whilst, working with and managing an established team of approximately 10 Chefs.
