Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a modern, high-end restaurant in Norfolk and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team and help drive standards and reputation even further.

What’s involved?
As Junior Sous Chef you will assist in the day to day running of the kitchen which will include ordering, assisting the Chef with menu development and ensuring the daily MEP is to the expected standards.

To work as a Junior Sous within this established team you will need to have experience working within high-end restaurants, ideally at 3 AA Rosette level and above.

Experienced Chef de Partie’s may also apply.
