What’s involved?
As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering/maintenance responsibilities for the property, ensuring all reactive and planned preventative work is carried out effectively. You will lead, develop and motivate the team whilst implement a working strategy to provide a technically and commercial efficient solution for the management.
The successful candidate will have previous Maintenance Management experience within hospitality (min. 3 years of a large operational hotel) and ideally from a multi-site or large resort operations. An engineer degree/diploma or related discipline is preferred; however strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility is essential. Also, strong interpersonal and problem solver is desired.
