What’s involved?
As a Night Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations at night, acting as the ambassador for the hotel, ensuring the security and facilities are maintained. You will develop the team by training and mentoring to provide exceptional guest service whilst ensuring targets for revenue, occupancy and profit are achieved.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience as either a Night Supervisor who is looking for their next career step or a Night Manager who is looking for a new opportunity. The shifts will be 4 on & 4 off from 8pm to 8am, so flexibility is essential. Also, Opera PMS is desired, but some training can be provided.
