Salary / Rate of pay: From £11.50 per hour

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular 4 Star Hotel in the Lingfield, Surrey area and we have a great opportunity for a temporary Night Receptionist to join their team.

What’s involved?

• As Night Receptionist you will be supporting our client on a temporary weekly basis
• Complete night audits
• Deal with late check ins and early check outs
• Deal with guest requests
• Security checks of the building
• Handle fire evacuations if needed

Previous experience of Nights and OPERA PMS is esential as well as and being confident in answering guests queries and deal with complaints.
