What’s involved in this Operations Manager role?

• Manage the F&B outlets and support the Hotels, Hotel Manager.
• You must be really operations minded, who loves being on the floor and hands on with your team.
• Posses a natural ability to lead and multitask, while upholding a calm demeanour and approach.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the venue.
• To create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the required standards, therefore meeting and exceeding the guest’s expectations in terms of quality of product and service on a daily

• Background working within a multiple F&B outlet operation.
• 5* Hotel Experience
• Food & Wine knowledge
• Leadership experiences and achievements
• Due to the venue location, you must have your own transportation.
