This chic boutique hotel is situated on the isle of Skye & offers the very latest in modern Scottish contemporary cuisine. Being a small hotel, it is perfect for small parties or weddings as well as utilising the very best fresh locally sourced ingredients. Award winning fine dining restaurant that has held accolades for many years.
Talented Pastry Chef required to join the team in this ambitious & motivated kitchen, with the addition of recent new equipment this position would suit a dynamic Pastry Chef with an appetite for using the very best & freshest locally sourced ingredients. Working under the direction of the Head & Sous chef you can be expected to maintain the pastry section. The role ideally suits a pastry chef with 4 to 5 years experience, rosette background preferred.
