What’s involved?

The Pastry kitchen is set up with the latest equipment and as Pastry Chef you will oversee the entire section while working alongside the Executive Chef to create high quality desserts, bakery and pastry products.

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Sous Chef within a minimum 3 AA Rosette, Michelin kitchen and 5 Star Hotel is essential.
