Pastry Chef – Norfolk – Michelin Star Country House Hotel – £30,000 to £35,000
Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a Beautiful Country House Hotel in Norfolk and have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join their team.
Our client is Country House Hotel set in manicured formal gardens in a quiet village in Norfolk close to the coast.
This Michelin Starred property serves modern British food using fresh local produce.
Everything is produced on site including pastries, bread & chocolates.
As Pastry Chef you would work within a small professional team and work with the Head Chef to produce a daily changing dessert menu.
Your duties would include making all the bread, pastries and desserts including pre desserts. There is also a small daily afternoon tea service.
The successful candidate would have worked to a minimum of a 3 AA Rosette level, preferably Michelin Star.
A Pastry Sous from a Michelin background would also be considered for this role
* £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience plus tips
* Meals on duty
