As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the Junior members within the Pastry team whilst reporting directly to the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
You will be responsible for assisting with all the Pastry operations including preparation and serving of the restaurant’s desserts menu and afternoon tea menu.
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef within a 4 or 5-Star hotel is essential.
