What’s involved?
As Reception Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the front desk ensuring the quality, standards and guests expectations are met, whilst supervising staff levels, operational needs and maintain an excellent working relationship with all departments. Also your duties will include updating group information, relaying any appropriate information to departments and conducting regular scheduled meetings.
As Reception Manager you will have worked within a 4 or 5 star Hotel or have a minimum of 2 years hospitality experience. We are seeking someone with a hands-on approach who can work well under pressure but also thrives in busy environments. Excellent communication and Opera PMS is essential for this role.
