What’s involved?
As a hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that every guest is given the very best first impression!
Your rota will be 5 days out of 7, and a mixture of early and late shifts. Your day-to-day role will be looking after the check-in and check-out process as well as responding to guest queries, and assisting with restaurant bookings.
