What’s involved?
As a Hotel Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for welcoming the guests to the hotel as well as checking in / out and to ensure all reception duties are completed daily. You will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities where possible and liaising with all other departments as & when required to ensure efficiency throughout the desk.
Previous experience as a Receptionist from a 4/5 star fast-paced hotel environment is desired with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Also working knowledge of Opera PMS is essential and a passion for high customer service.
